For his first exhibition at the Yvon Lambert Gallery-Bookshop, Luca Resta presents a new series of sculptures that invite viewers to 'see differently.' Choosing to distance himself from each object's original form, he focuses on detail, material, and scale.
Luca Resta (born in 1982 in Seriate, Italy) lives in Paris. He graduated from the Bergamo School of Fine Arts in 2008 and won the Carré sur Seine prize in 2022. His work has been presented in solo and group exhibitions by international institutions such as OTO Sound Museum (Zurich), the Venice Biennale, Triennale Design Museum (Milan), Palais de Tokyo (Paris), MACRO (Rome), and Mucem (Marseille).
